michael Anastasi
Michael grew up in Huntington Beach and brings 14 years of construction experience to the table. He studied psychology in college, with minors in religious studies and biology. After college he spent five years as a social worker, doing construction on the side to supplement income. After years of working alongside respected contractors, he discovered a passion for coordinating projects and managing teams, eventually starting Anastasi Builders. Michael prides himself in creating strong relationships with homeowners, vendors, and his team.
Sean Rogers
Sean has been in the construction industry since 1998, bringing 27 years of experience in both new construction and remodeling. A second-generation builder, he has spent the past two years with Anastasi Builders as a skilled laborer and project manager. Sean is passionate about growing with the company and helping take it to the next level. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, going on surf trips with his two children, and keeping healthy for his family.
kyle long
Kyle brings seven years of experience in high-end remodeling and finish carpentry. He joined Anastasi Builders six months ago, though he’s been friends with Amrin since early in his construction career. As a project manager, Kyle is focused on growing professionally while looking forward to starting a family. He’s proud to have worked on technical, high-quality projects along the Southern California coast. Outside of work, he enjoys the beach, hiking, church, and reading classical literature.
Christian Ziething
Christian began working in construction during high school and later spent several years building and installing cabinets at his family’s shop. He also worked three years as an administrative assistant supporting OSHPD hospital inspection teams. Over the past two years with Anastasi Builders, he has served as a skilled laborer in carpentry and administrative support, contributing to multiple ADUs and beautifully finished kitchens and bathrooms. In his free time, he enjoys board games, wood carving, and freehand 3D printing.
jose castillo
Jose brings 16 years of construction experience, including 10 years as a professional roofer and waterproofer. Over the past eight months with Anastasi Builders, he has contributed as a skilled laborer and roofer, helping strengthen the team with his expertise. A union journeyman in roofing and waterproofing and OSHA certified, Jose is driven to help the company reach its fullest potential. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and serving as a youth leader at church.
nico Mchall
seth Helms
Nico McHale is an apprentice who has been learning on the job with Anastasi Builders since March of 2025. He is currently working toward his goal of becoming a licensed electrician and continues to build his skills in the field. Outside of work, Nico enjoys camping, fishing, and dirt biking.

Seth is an apprentice who has been working with Anastasi Builders since September of 2025, and learning on the job. Currently pursuing a career as an HVAC technician, he is actively attending school to grow his skills in the trade. Seth holds an associate’s degree in history and has earned several scholarships for his HVAC program, along with relevant certifications. Outside of work and school, he enjoys playing guitar and recently picked up bike riding.
